Whisk 1/3 C Royal Batch Meringue Powder and 2/3 C warm water until foamy. Slowly add 2 lbs powdered sugar and beat on low-medium for 2-4 minutes. Icing will become thick and bright white. Thin with water to achieve desired consistency.
1 LB of Royal Batch will make approximately 10 batches of royal icing.
